    This interactive program lets you easily convey a strong story centered around major events. It is an excellent presentation platform for arbitrations, bench and jury trials, hearings, mediations, negotiations, end-client meetings, and other case-related proceedings.

    ChronosSM may be tailored to present the key facts and themes of the case to fact-finders. The final timeline files can also be left behind for judges, arbitrators, or mediators to view as they contemplate their decisions.

    Intuitive Features

    ChronosSM is not only customizable but also user-friendly. Navigating to any point in the timeline is simple. Events are color-coded by topic, and all events related to a topic may be turned “on” or “off” with a single click.

    The timeline can be designed to match your overall case presentation. Each event may be linked to a related set of exhibits, such as documents, charts, photos, videos, animations, graphics, audio recordings, transcripts, and tutorials. The exhibits can be zoomed in/out with a mouse wheel and highlighted in real-time.

IMS produced a timeline that had a very powerful effect on our ICC arbitration. It enabled the tribunal to see our case at a glance and quickly became a standard document used as an aide-memoire.
