Steven Brosius

IMS Senior Trial Consultant Steve Brosius draws on a broad media technology background as an editor, camera operator, animator, and visual producer to help clients tell their stories. Over more than 25 years and hundreds of cases, Steve has enjoyed collaborating with clients throughout the production process from initial concepts through to the final deliverables. His work reflects his understanding of the balance between vast amounts of data and the need for clear and efficiently delivered presentations. Steve’s hallmark is a unique ability to join the power of the medium with a meaningful message in a way that gets positive results.

Clients from nearly every field of law have counted on Steve for his creative and strategic expertise; his portfolio includes litigation related to environmental, construction, intellectual property, oil and gas, contracts, insurance, product liability, and fraud matters. He is particularly known for his work developing interactive exhibits for construction and intellectual property disputes.

Earlier in his career, Steve worked in broadcasting and multimedia with such companies as Showtime, MTV, Discovery, CNN, TVKO, TVN, and MSNBC. He can craft and deliver a compelling message, whether it is broadcast to 600 million viewers or to a much smaller audience of a jury or a single judge.

Steve has a degree in communications and broadcasting from Hastings College and earned a certificate in non-linear editing from Red Rocks College. He currently resides in Denver, Colorado and enjoys playing with his band in his spare time.
