  • Business Development Specialist

    The Business Development Specialist will be a highly motivated, communicative self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources. Responsibilities include relationship building with prospective clients, qualifying and prioritizing new leads, initiating sales through outbound calls, and conducting research on new prospects. The position will also assist with data management, reporting, and analysis.

    Essential Duties:

    •  Develop new business opportunities via cold calling and electronic communications
    • Understand key buying influences of law firm decision-makers and become familiar with firms’ structure and practice areas
    • Collaborate with Business Development Manager to grow the sales pipeline with highly qualified leads
    • Work with Client Managers to ensure an ideal handoff of any new opportunities

    The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Business/Communications or a related field, 1-3 years of proven telemarketing or inside sales experience, and advanced knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.   • Senior Technology Consultant

    The Senior Technology Consultant will be responsible for consulting with attorneys on presentation technology and trial-data management. They organize and run attorney presentations, and coordinate all systems, databases and equipment related to visual presentation of IMS’s graphics, client videos, and documents at trials, hearings, and focus groups. All of this is done while managing and exceeding client expectations. They do this by organizing, coordinating, and administering all resources and activities for projects end-to-end.

    Essential Duties:

    • Coordinates systems for visual presentation of complex, high-profile trials and litigation-related hearings, including preparing graphic databases, on-site video editing, and
      document imaging
    • Troubleshoots technical aspects and equipment needed for successful presentations
    • Sets up data format and troubleshoots unforeseen situations to resolve issues
    • Creates and maintains database of source media and other related materials, including annotating, and linking exhibits to legal presentations
    • Works with client and court personnel to execute courtroom and war room setup
    • Prepares and edits video transcriptions including synchronizing transcripts to digitized video and creating clips and still images from videotape
    • Treats, crops, and prepares documents for visual presentations
    • Converts and manipulates data into PDF and other file formats

    The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent skills and experience, 2-4 years of experience working with systems and technical aspects of courtrooms and/or corporate presentations, strong technical knowledge of PCs and audiovisual equipment, knowledge of trial-related presentation systems, be familiar with Adobe products, able to work in constantly changing settings and to handle high-pressure environments.   • Researcher

    The Researcher’s primary responsibility is to source qualified experts and consultants to work in support of our clients’ major litigation cases. The ideal candidate is a creative and critical thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to juggle many time-sensitive projects. A Researcher must also understand technical, scientific, and business topics.

    Essential Duties:

    • Determine expert requirements based on client feedback and case summaries
    • Conduct advanced internet research to gain understanding of project subject matters and identify potential expert candidates
    • Perform case summary analyses and maintain expert database

  • Expert Witness Recruiter

    The Expert Witness Recruiter works collaboratively to find the best possible consultants and expert witnesses for our clients. This is a fast-paced, relationship-driven role with a strong focus on motivating team members and consistently delivering excellent results.

    The ideal Expert Witness Recruiter is reliable, organized, and skilled at both written and verbal communication for a diverse audience. Must have a high level of positive energy and be able to grasp legal, scientific, and business concepts.

    • Collaborate with Client Managers to determine case requirements, interview experts, deliver presentations, and negotiate contracts

  • Trial Consultant – Dallas, TX

    The Trial Consultant collaborates with external clients and in-house teams to conceptualize and create effective visual presentations for trial. They will organize and implement all project resources and activities while managing and exceeding client expectations.

    The ideal candidate will be an insightful, creative, and proactive team player with excellent communication skills and a high level of customer care. This role may require the ability to work late nights/weekends on short notice and occasionally travel. IMS is committed to employees achieving a work-life balance which addresses the demands of the job.

    Essential Duties:

    • Work with clients and case teams to distill complex issues and key themes into successful visual strategies for litigation
    • Collaboratively develop ideas and analogies, sketch design concepts, and execute revisions with strong attention to detail
    • Prioritize work from multiple cases and anticipate conflicting deadlines
    • Actively maintain project costs and staffing levels based on fluctuating client needs
    • Develop and maintain client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals

    A bachelor’s degree and/or minimum 3-5 years’ experience in project management is required. Must be proficient with MS Office products, including PowerPoint.     IMS is now hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist. We are seeking an innovative critical thinker with a passion for digital communication and data analysis—someone who enjoys measuring performance and staying up to date on the latest and greatest digital trends and proven techniques.

    The Digital Marketing Specialist leads all digital marketing initiatives (including digital ads, email marketing, and website content) and assists in the development and implementation of strategic revenue-generating campaigns. In addition to maintaining and optimizing the company website, this person will collaboratively drive digital engagement to deliver sales, position the IMS brand, support integrated communications, and bolster client retention.

    The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field and at least three to five years’ experience designing and leading digital and email campaigns and strategies. Advanced knowledge of WordPress, Google Analytics, and digital advertising platforms is essential. Experience with multimedia content production for digital campaigns is a plus.
