Matt Mittelstadt

Senior Client Relationship Manager

Matt Mittelstadt, Senior Client Relationship Manager, believes the key to meeting the needs of attorneys at the nation’s Am Law 100 firms is to listen. He said, “Our role is to listen to what our clients need and earn trust by delivering exceptional capabilities—elite precision trial tools, world-class experts, superior processes and project management, and unfaltering client service.” Whether his clients seek an expert witness with very specific attributes, trial consultants who can help sharpen case strategies, or graphic designers who will turn their case story into powerful images, Matt finds the solutions they desire.

Throughout his over 16 years in the legal and trial services industry, past and present colleagues and attorney partners have nothing but praise for Matt. “Dependable,” “intelligent,” and “committed” are some of the words they use to describe him. He got his start in the industry at Thomson Reuters Westlaw, where he initially served as an account executive for regional accounts. Within a few years, he moved on to the Government and Education Division of that same company and was responsible for state government, university accounts, and regional NASA offices. Later, he rose to become the director of account team strategy at Westlaw Business and then went on to the Large Law Firm Division of Westlaw. Prior to serving in those positions, Matt was director of the Program Management Office for the Offer Management Team at telecommunications giant, Qwest.

Matt earned an MBA at the University of Colorado at Denver and a BA from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Early in his field career, Matt was volunteer chairman of the sponsorship committee for the T.J. Martell Foundation and Frances Williams Preston Laboratories at Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center. Outside of work, Matt’s passion is paddle boarding in the Gulf and on Florida’s spring-fed rivers with his wife and three kids.
