IMS Jury Consulting & Strategy Advisor Christina Marinakis will present “The Art of Jury Selection: A Murder Trial Revisited” at the Defense Research Institute (DRI) Annual Meeting on Thursday, October 27, 11 am–12 pm ET.
Dr. Marinakis worked carefully to help select the jury in the trial of former Minneapolis Police Officer, Derek Chauvin. In this presentation, she will discuss voir dire strategy and the selection process orchestrated for this historic case, as well as share lessons learned for selecting juries, choosing and using expert witnesses, and trial preparation that attorneys can use in their civil practice.
